"We had decided a while ago that we wanted to one day get married on a beach - just us and the sea, and as we had our very first getaway together in Taormina, my fiancé suggested that this is where we should look to get married.
After finding Isabella's website and reading all the wonderful testimonials one evening, we knew we had found someone who could really make it all happen.
From our very first ideas for our ceremony to the day itself, Isabella was there to guide us, make recommendations and was always just a message away if we had any questions or needed to double check anything.
Planning for a ceremony to go ahead abroad is a daunting task - even though we knew where we were going to stay and the beach on which we would like our vows to take place, knowing where to start to bring it all together is what makes the difference, and that's where Isabella came in.
We had the added challenge of the timeline between us deciding on Sicily, and our ideal ceremony date being very short, as we were keen for everything to go ahead before too late in the year to ensure the weather was still warm, and we had enough daylight hours for those perfect photos.
Finding Isabella to coordinate everything - florist, photographer, use of the beach, transfers, and all the finishing touches, suddenly made it all possible.
Isabella was able to replicate our flower ideas exactly as we had imagined, I have never seen such fresh flowers and wish I could've brought my bouquet home!
As I only wanted a simple look for the ceremony, I didn't plan to have hair or make up down professionally, but Isabella was even able to offer this as an option on the day.
I decided against it, so Isabella came to help me get ready and do my hair before the ceremony, which was a lovely touch, particularly as we had travelled without friends or family, and I was getting ready on my own.
During the photo session, Isabella even helped to occupy our slightly defiant 2-year-old whilst we had photos taken without him.
Our photographer, Tatiana made the atmosphere all very relaxed and found some gorgeous scenery around the hotel for us.
Luckily our son did start to enjoy being photographed so we're sure to have some perfect pictures of all three of us.
As it's not possible in Italy to have a legal ceremony take place on a beach, ours was symbolic which was every bit as special, and Isabella read some of the most beautiful vows that made us glad we hadn't attempted our own - we could not have given a better version.

"After a short break in Palermo, the decision to be married in Sicily was almost immediate from both of us.
We arrived home, done a web search, and found Isabella’s web page straight away.
May we start by saying “what a find”.
From the first contact we made with Isabella we knew straight away she was the one we wanted to aid our wedding.
She is a consummate professional and makes you at ease from the get go.
We had an idea of what we would like, but we also required to be taken by the hand and guided through not only formalities but ceremonial ideas.
Wow Isabella is superb at guidance and reassurance.
We went to Taormina 6 months prior for a break and a look at venues etc whereupon Isabella spent a full day and more, walking us through everything.
Steph did a couple of trials while I sampled the atmosphere of Taormina and imagined how our big day would pan out.
While we cannot praise Isabella and her knowledge and professionalism enough we would also like to mention all the other people whom Isabella brought together to make our day/experience way beyond our expectations.
From the Car that picked up Steph (immaculate), registrar and the civil wedding palazzo, pianist (superb), florist, folk band, mocambo bar, Niclodi restaurant (beautiful people and a certain fantastic waiter) it was traditional like we wanted and accommodated our 20 guests beautifully, oh and the food was gorgeous and extremely plentiful, The wedding cake was simply delicious and looked fabulous the top quality guitarist who played our music all night (simply brilliant) to Tatiana Costantino the photographer who was amazing and so friendly.
All of our guests were blown away with not only the ceremony and Taormina but all mentioned how brilliant Isabella was throughout the day.
They all had a fantastic time.
We could go on and on but would like to say finally.
“Isabella thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the best day of our lives”.

"It was always our dream to have our wedding in Italy; after visiting Taormina back in 2018 my partner and I fell in love with the town and knew it was the place for us.
We came across Isabella's website in our research and instantly felt comfort and ease from the early conversations between us.
We knew right away that this was the right fit for us, and Isabella went above and beyond all expectations!
Isabella was so helpful in providing us with all of our options, and was so great at listening to our wants and needs, and provided us with options within our budget.
The vendors recommended to us were also all wonderful, and executed our visions perfectly.
From the wedding planning process, to the day of the wedding, everything was so effortless and stress free.
Having Isabella with us the day of allowed us to be able to enjoy every second of our time with our families.
We had our ceremony at Palazzo Duchi di Santo Stefano followed by dinner at Ristorante Baronessa.
Isabella guided us through all the legal documents that needed to be completed for the marriage to be recognized back home which was super helpful as we would have not known where to start!
Ristorante Baronessa was an absolute dream - there is an unforgettable view of the sea and Mount Etna from the rooftop terrace, the food was incredible, and the staff were so attentive and made sure we had the most perfect experience.
We cannot thank, and recommend Isabella enough.

All of which were absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend each of the above to anybody wanting a fun, authentic, romantic Sicilian wedding with a modern twist.
Isabella seemed to know what we wanted before meeting face to face, which is so reassuring!
As soon as we did meet, we felt instantly happy. She kindly liaised throughout with our hotel venue for the Reception which additionally meant less work for us.
Isabella honesty made our whole experience exeptional and dream day run seamlessly.
For us, it was perfect.
We also had a pre-wedding party for all our 40 guests at the Time Out Pub in Taormina, owned by Isabella and her lovely, friendly husband Tony. They set up the exclusive garden area wonderfully for us and instantly Tony and all the staff made everyone feel welcome! This was totally worth doing. We will be back!!

We are a couple based in London so Isabella helped us virtually in the months leading up the event and then in person the week of our wedding.
Her assistance in corresponding with the church on our behalf was absolutely vital and she made that process which seemed almost impossible for us to handle (we did try!) a very seamless and hassle free process.
Her vendor recommendations were plentiful and particularly her florist did an incredible job.
In the lead up she was always quick to respond and able to hastily solve any issues.

Coming from an English speaking country, one has a lot of trepidation when planning a foreign wedding as communication is limited and finding access to what you want is difficult.
Isabella made this process an absolute breeze, we simply asked what we wanted and Isabella dealt with all the suppliers and ensured that in the end we got exactly what we dreamt of.
Isabella also provided a number of suggestions to us that we hadn’t thought of and ultimately we loved, such as a boat day out at sea for us and our guests on the day after our wedding, providing the perfect accommodation not only for the week of the wedding but also for myself and my bridesmaids to get ready in.

"We were due to be married in 2020 and we all know how that panned out, then 2021 but the date we chose ended up being 2 days before my due date with our unexpected son!
So with much more commitments back home we started looking for a coordinator.
We had decided to get married in Sicily as that is where Davide is from, his family being from Taormina originally.
Its where we are always at our happiest, its a beautiful and unique part of the world which fills us with joy so where better to get hitched?
We spoke to Isabella on the phone and knew right away that she understood what we wanted, that she listened to our ideas and had incredible contacts for everything we needed.
Planning the wedding with Isabella in Taormina and us in the UK was easy, she always got back to us quickly and we struck up a wonderful friendship.
Our wedding day was absolutely magical and we were both able to relax and enjoy ourselves, safe in the knowledge that Isabella had everything under control.
She stayed with us the whole day and almost whole night!
All our family and friends commented on how lovely and friendly she was, as well as hard working! Isabella helped us to achieve the day of our dreams and I really don’t think we could’ve done it without her.
On the day she was our absolute rock, making things happen, keeping us informed without worrying us, making sure everything ran like clockwork.

"'We first visited Taormina in 2017 to attend a concert in the ancient amphitheater, and fantasised if we were ever to get married it would be here!

"When discussing wedding ideas with my now husband 😊 we knew it would be abroad and ideally Italy.
I suggested Taormina since I had been there before on holiday, and knew it could be the perfect place for us to get married.
After a quick google search for wedding planners, and having read previous testimonials, I reached out to Isabella.
We exchanged a few emails, had a phone call, and then I booked a trip out there to meet Isabella to see the wedding venue and restaurant options (any excuse for another holiday).
Isabella spent a few hours with us showing us different options for our requirements and understanding the relaxed wedding vibe we wanted.
Once we were home, we made the decision to book, and with only 8 months before our date, we didn’t have long!
Isabella handled the entire process seamlessly, from the flowers, to the cake, the legal documentation, the restaurant and the saxophonist.

"Our wedding would not have been a success without the amazing, knowledgeable, and expert wedding planner that is Isabella.
As an American couple temporarily living in Sicily, our goal was to have a fun church wedding before we left to give our relatives in the US and Philippines a reason to visit us in Italy.
Once we decided we wanted to have our church wedding in beautiful Taormina, we reached out to multiple wedding planners.
Isabella was the only one to respond back to us transparently and share her prices.
From that moment on we knew she would be the wedding planner for us.
Isabella helped us with all aspects of our wedding weekend: from picking the perfect church and a beautiful reception venue, assisting us with a complicated religious paperwork process, arranging transportation for ourselves and our guests throughout their visit, finding suitable accommodations, and planning a welcome pizza dinner and extra excursions post-wedding.
Throughout this process Isabella was in constant communication with us via e-mail and WhatsApp.
She answered our numerous questions in a timely manner (we were often the ones taking forever to respond!), took into consideration our budget and found discounts where she could, always considered our ridiculous requests (e.g., when we wanted a Photo Booth and a cheese wheel tower last minute), and provided great advice, expertise, and her honest opinion when we were indecisive (which happened quite a lot).
And during instances when our requests could not be met—but not without her sincere effort to accommodate—she was straightforward with us and offered alternatives.
Her connections with reputable, high quality vendors that we could have never found on our own was invaluable.
She even directed me to an atelier in downtown Catania (and even offered to accompany me) to find my wedding dress.
Beyond wedding planning, Isabella was friendly, welcoming, and always fun to be around.
When we first strolled the streets of Taormina together looking for potential churches, multiple locals greeted her along the way-an indication of how well connected she is within the local community.
She even treated us to gelato at a shop that is now our favorite gelato place in Taormina and made dinner reservations for us on other visits.
Call it fate, but we also realized that the pub we visited on our first trip to Taormina is owned by her and her husband!
Due to Isabella’s hard work and great organizational skills, our wedding day was smooth sailing.
Everything ran according to schedule, and most importantly, we all had a great, stress-free, and lively time.
We’ve had multiple guests tell us that our wedding was one of the best they’ve attended, and some even said they felt like they were in a movie during our procession down Corso Umberto!
We sincerely cannot emphasize enough how much Isabella was key to making this all happen.
Any couple would be lucky to have Isabella as their Taormina wedding planner."
