"We contacted Isabella in March of this year to organise our wedding for September in Taormina.
It was an easy choice for us to go with Isabella - she was very knowledgeable given she is a local, lovely to talk to, and we just felt she was on the same page as us in terms of what we were looking for. The advice we had from Isabella was honest and helped us stick to our budget.
Isabella took the time to show us around different churches and venues in Taormina, while also taking us around the town, when we were in the process of selecting venues. We met with her husband Tony as well who is lovely and runs a pub in Taormina.
Throughout the process, Isabella kept us informed with exactly what we needed to do - whether it was paperwork, marriage courses or just general details/bits for the wedding.
She was incredibly speedy with contact whether it was through text or on the phone, which was very reassuring given we live abroad in London.
The services she presented to us - hairdressers, photographers, bridal cars, guest transport, flowers, pre dinner apertif venue for the guests - were all fantastic and spot on in terms of budget.
The day of the wedding itself honestly exceeded all of our expectations and blew us away.
From the gorgeous church at Madonna Della Rocca with the amazing views and all the details, to the post church apertifs outside the church, to the amazing reception venue.
Isabella was there with our guests the whole way through, ensuring everything went to plan so we didn't have to stress.
In terms of Sicily as a location, we have travelled all around Italy and are genuinely amazed at how relatively affordable and "undiscovered" Sicily is as a wedding venue (when compared with the more well known areas such as the Amalfi coast) without comprising in terms of sheer beauty!

Without doubt the service offered by Isabella is worth every penny and more to us.
We absolutely wouldn't think twice about recommending the same to anyone thinking of getting married in Sicily.

To add to that, we made a great friend and will for sure be back in Taormina!"

"Myself and John have always wanted to get married in Sicily.
After researching different places, I came across Taormina and never looked back. The town is stunning!
I emailed Isabella and she responded to my email the very same day. Reading her email made me smile and I knew I found the right person to organize our big day!
We flew to Taormina a year before the wedding to visit venues and to meet with Isabella and Tony.
Isabella was not only our wedding planner, she was our host and words can not describe how thankful we are to have met her. Isabella and Tony were friendly and professional, they fulfilled every request and nothing was too much trouble. They work with a team of high quality professionals and the only thing a bride should do is just trust them :) From A to Z they had it all covered! Isabella gave us recommendations for all sort of things, restaurants for dining, beaches, accommodations for us and our guests etc. She also helped John’s best man to organize John’s stag a few days before the wedding day. And she has amazing taste!
We arrived five days prior to our wedding and Isabella had already planned for us to taste the wedding menu, sign the papers in the register office, meet with the photographers and confirm final details. She was so organized while we had our heads in the clouds.
On the day of the wedding she was with us in the background all the time! She visited me when I was getting ready, made sure I received the bridal bouquets and that evening was going to plan. I am Bulgarian and my husband now :) is Irish. We wanted to mix different traditions and Isabella accommodated every single request. Herself and Tony guided the ceremony and made sure our guests were seated upon our arrival. Isabella was at the venue until the end and made sure the night was perfect. Unreal service!
We received the most positive feedback from our guests and we couldn’t be happier.
The day was so perfect and enjoyable, there was no stress and no hiccups. It was just fabulous!

"My dearest Isabella and Tony,
Words cannot describe how you helped make our dream wedding in Taormina a reality and blow us and our guests minds.
I had been researching many different locations in France and Italy and I came across Taormina. I had been engaging with many other wedding planners. When I emailed Isabella, she responded that day and set up a Facetime call, to discuss what we were looking for.
From the very first phone call I had with Isabella, we knew there was something special about her. She talked in detail and with great confidence what we needed to do and how the process works.
The real worry I had was all the legal paperwork that needed to be done, but after that first Facetime call, I knew we were in safe hands.
Isabella was able to guide us through the legal requirements both on the Irish side and Italian side, plus explain the different legal requirements needed for different wedding options, such as getting married in a church vs a beach.
We went back and forth over email and Isabella was so helpful in all the communication we decided we would make visiting Taormina part of our Italian holiday.
We toured the Amalfi Coast and made our way to Taormina. When we arrived in Taormina it blew our minds how beautiful the location was, and we knew right then that this was the place we wanted to get married.
We met up with Isabella and Tony and that was it!! We hit it off straight away they were so down to earth and friendly, we knew we couldn’t look to anyone else to help create our special day.
Isabella kindly took us to see some venues and churches in Taormina. You are absolutely spoilt for choices in Taormina. We choose Chiesa del Varo' as our church of choice and La Plage Hotel for our reception.
Isabella puts so much work into arranging your wedding and keeps you on track and calm, especially with the paperwork and legal items.
All our needs were met from arranging hairdressers, make- up artists, florist, airport transfers, photographer and videographer.
Our guests were all looked after on the day of our wedding also as we went off to take some photos.
Isabella was always by our side and having herself and Tony on hand during the wedding day ensured both myself and Liam were able to relax. Everything was arranged to perfection, so we were able to enjoy our week in Taormina without stressing.
We were able to finish off the week with an incredible Pizza Party in their bar's beer garden, aptly named The Time Out Bar!
It was absolutely a perfect way to end one of the most incredible weeks of our lives and for all our guests.
Our guests were blown away by Taormina and how magical the wedding was. All the guests raved about how calm and collected Isabella was and that any questions they asked herself or Tony was answered.
Isabella really comes into her own on the day of your wedding she is there early to help in anyway possible.
She is the calm in amongst all the madness!!!
Isabella’s English is also perfect so again you are not stressing about not being able to communicate in Italian.
We are so blessed we found Isabella and Tony to make our dream wedding come true, so if you are in anyway not sure where to go to get married have that call with Isabella.
You won’t be disappointed.
We have made lifelong friends with Isabella and Tony; they truly are a magical team."

"Bellissimo! Absolutely perfect!
Our 25th Wedding Anniversary in Taormina in August 2019 exceeded our expectations!
It was a wonderful day and we wish to acknowledge and express our special thanks to Isabella Randazzo and Tony Vinciguerra. My husband & I live in Philadelphia, PA, USA. We have been to Italy 14 times and Taormina 8 times. Taormina has a very special place in our hearts, which is why we wanted to renew our wedding vows there.
Over our vacations to Taormina, my husband and I became friends with Isabella and Tony as we enjoyed having a drink in their Lemon Tree Garden at their Irish Pub, Time Out.
Isabella made everything happen and helped me tremendously with the planning, down to every detail: Venue, menu, hair, flowers, music, wedding cake, transportation for us and our guests, as well as hotel and B-n-B accommodations. We had excellent communication via email and the What’s App. Even though our special destination Wedding/25th Anniversary had a small group, Isabella treated us as equally important as a larger group.
Whether you are planning a Wedding or Anniversary celebration, as in our case, Wedding in Sicily Taormina and Isabella Randazzo is your perfect wedding planner. For those out-of-town Wedding Destinations, I highly recommend Isabella to plan your Wedding, without any reservation, what so ever.
She is amazing and will impress you with her wedding expertise and kindness.
A year prior Isabella took us around to show us 3-4 top Venues to have our celebration. The Hotel Caparena was a perfect choice for us. The Sales Manager Michael, also was wonderful. He had everything set up so perfectly.
He must have asked my husband 10 times, if he could get us anything, or if was everything ok.
He truly cared about making us and our friends and family happy. Talk about excellent customer service.
I also would like to acknowledge Isabella by going above and beyond to help our two friends who were sick with bronchitis and in need of antibiotics.
She really impressed us by walking in to a restaurant one night while we were eating and handed my friends antibiotics. Apparently in Italy certain Pharmacies can dispense common antibiotics without a doctor’s prescription, unlike the United States. Our friends were thrilled beyond words, and so appreciative.
Thanks to Isabella, they got better quickly and enjoyed the rest of their vacation.
I would highly recommend Isabella and Wedding In Sicily Taormina for an excellent job! It truly was a pleasure working with Isabella and Tony.
With all of their hard work and attention to detail, they exceeded our expectations.
They are such lovely, kind, warm and thoughtful people. Isabella and Tony truly made our 25th Wedding Anniversary an occasion we will cherish for a lifetime.

"After struggling online for a couple of months trying to find venues, planners, and vendors for our wedding we were almost about to give up.
The lounge barrier and slow responses were making planning an Italian wedding impossible.
Luckily we came across Isabella and Tony online one day and they couldn't have been more perfect for us.
We are an Irish bride and Australian/Italian Groom so when we heard of Isabella's upbringing in Australia as well as both Isabella and Tony being Italian with the added bonus of them owning and running an Irish bar - we hit the jackpot!
From day one Isabella understood our needs, our guests needs and had some fantastic suggestions on where to start.
We had a large group of 150 guests and there was no way we could have done this alone.
Isabella was in touch regularly in the early days with accommodation recommendations for us and our guests, to which she even helped us book and check in.
From airport transfers, tours around Taormina, eating, drinking, Isabella helped with it all.
On top of that she had a wedding to help us plan!
Flowers, venues, table decorations, day before and after parties, hair, make up etc Isabella planned it all.
Isabella and Tony were available all throughout the week of our wedding and all throughout the wedding day itself.
The day was beautiful, everything was amazing and we had so much fun.
Our guests mentioned it was like 'a Hollywood movie'.

From the beginning, Isabella helped us navigate the 9 hour time difference with ease and listened intently to our hopes for our day.
Through excellent communication, we worked together with the venue and vetted wedding vendors to put on the wedding of our dreams.
Upon arrival to Taormina, Isabella welcomed us with open arms - she accompanied me to my hair trial and helped translate my wishes in Italian, walked us through the venue and coordinated a tasting of the menu/wine, ran our rehearsal prior to dinner and was there from the start of the wedding day until the last guests left the dance floor.
Isabella is a kind, calm person who's attention to detail is unsurpassed - when I sat down to dinner at our June wedding reception (in a heat wave!), a hand fan was folded for me at my seat.

Additionally, from recommending professional contacts to coordinate family and friends' transportation and accommodation, to having an impromptu welcome party at Tony's Time Out Pub, and to helping us coordinate a 50 person Etna wine tour, Isabella went out of her way to ensure every person felt cared for during our wedding week.

"When we decided to marry in Sicily, my fiancée and I researched a handful of wedding planning services online and made inquiries. Isabella Randazzo of Wedding In Sicily replied straight away. We emailed a short resume about us and a general idea of what we would like for our wedding day. We wanted it to be an intimate occasion with family and our closest friends, and most importantly we wanted it to be a relaxed day with as little official ceremony as possible. We arranged to have a FaceTime call with her a few days later. By which time she had gathered a package of ideas and photos of places that she felt we might like. She was absolutely spot-on!
She had listened to our requirements and tailored a wedding package to suit us in every way. We knew at that point that we could trust her to deliver the perfect wedding.
Throughout the six months before the wedding day, Isabella kept us informed of bookings she had made, as well as costings, checking with us the whole time that we were still happy to proceed with various arrangements.
She also prompted us on when to visit the registry office, the type of documents needed and how to obtain them, and made sure we prepared the necessary documentation to take with us to Sicily for registration there.
She even advised on accommodation for us and our wedding party, as well as airport transfers and transport.
We were left in no doubt that every detail was being tended to and that we could relax and be guided by her, whilst we continued with our busy lives back in England.
When we finally arrived in Taormina a few days before the wedding day, we were met at the airport by a very friendly driver of the local taxi firm and were taken to our apartment where Isabella was waiting for us.
It felt like we were meeting an old friend such is her warm personality. She showed us around the area, recommended things to do and pointed out good restaurants. Over the next three days she had planned a schedule of essential visits relating to the wedding.
She picked us up and took us to the registry office to sign final papers, to the florist to check our flower arrangement order, and to the restaurant (reception venue) for a full taster menu and to finalise arrangements there.
On the day of the wedding, all we had to do was get ready and turn up! Here’s how the day went:
First of all, Barry and his best man were picked up from the apartment and were driven to the beautiful town hall, Palazzo Duchi di Santo Stefano, in a classic Lancia Fulvia by Christian of Princess Cars.
Once all the guests had arrived I was chauffeured with my bridesmaids by Christian who was in constant communication with Isabella through an ear-piece, so that we wouldn’t turn up before all of our guests were sitting down. After the ceremony, we walked with our congregation in tow through the scenic streets of Taormina to the sounds of the traditional Sicilian folklore band who whipped up excitement, not only for our party, but also for the tourists and shop-keepers who applauded and clapped and congratulated as we wandered by.
We stopped at the Mocambo Café in the main square where we had ordered refreshments with more dancing and merriment in the streets. After about an hour and a half, our guests were led away to a coach, which took them to the reception venue, Villa Antonio (a wonderful restaurant with breath-taking views of the coast of Taormina) for more drinks and canapes. We joined our guests after another momentous drive down the mountain road with Christian in his Lancia Fulvia to continue our celebrations with fabulous food and yet more dancing.
I cannot stress how relaxed and painless the whole experience was! We could just have fun with our guests without sweating the detail because EVERY SINGLE detail had been taken care of! Isabella stayed with us the whole day, constantly and unobtrusively orchestrating everything, right to the very end of the night. Everything was perfect!
We are infinitely grateful to the brilliant Isabella (or ‘Boss’, as we affectionately call her) for giving us such beautiful memories, and for working so hard so that we didn’t have to! We were almost lost without her the day after the wedding!
In addition, we are so grateful for the friendly welcome we were given by all participants involved in our experience. Tony, Isabella’s husband, who owns the Time Out Pub where we had many a night of fun and laughter with our friends and family, was like a friend we’d known for years. As was Mariacatena, the lovely waitress at the pub, who presented me with flowers as a wedding gift. In fact, everyone we met was exceptional, including the taxi drivers, who could not have been more accommodating, Christian, the infinitely stylish wedding car driver, and the florist, who went out of his way to make the most perfect bouquet and floral arrangements.
We would recommend Isabella’s services in a heart-beat. Worth EVERY Euro!

"We decided two years ago to get engaged to be married. But we couldn't decide exactly where.
Andrej came home from work one day and suggested Taormina, Sicily, a colleague of his had told him about his own wedding, planned by Isabella Randazzo.
It didnt take long to convince me, so I emailed Isabella, and it turned out Isabella had also been the wedding planner for my cousins wedding 9 years earlier.
My parents had been there and to that day I had heard how amazing the wedding had been and the location, also how brilliant Isabella the wedding planner was, but not just Isabella, her husband Tony and all their contacts and suppliers. Needless to say we made contact last May and set a date to plan the wedding.
Isabella from the moment we spoke I knew she was the one for me. I had contacted other wedding planners in Sicily, to keep our options open. But as soon as we spoke with Isabella we connected and knew we could trust in her to create the wedding of our dreams. Which she did, outstandingly.
Isabella kept in contact with us throughout the year, focusing on every little detail.
Myself and Andrej both work full time and have four children between us, so needless to say we were busy at the best of times, having a wedding planner was the ideal solution for us.
Being a blended family, as we had both been married before, we wanted something extra special, that would include our children, we decided on a sand symbolic ceremony, which Isabella conducted herself. It was simply amazing.
All of Isabellas contacts and various suppliers were extremely accommodating and everyone worked to stay within our budget. As important to us as our wedding was we still had a budget. Isabella helped us much with this, to say we got value for money would say the least.
We cannot thank you Isabella and your amazing husband Tony enough. For the second day of our wedding we held it in Isabellas husbands Tonys Irish pub in their magnificent lemon tree garden.
We had an amazing party there, perfectly decorated and the food was outstanding.
Isabella and Tony looked after us and our entire family and friends for two weeks.
Our dreams came true thank's to Isabella and Tony.
